Return Policy

Honolulu Dermatology LLC will happily accept returns and issue full refunds (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Not returnable: opened items*, prescriptions, any discounted or bundled items, gift cards or certificates, and any services rendered in the office.

*We will only exchange opened items if they are materially defective and we can only offer the same item as a replacement.
