Online Appointment Instructions
— By default, Dr. Gill will initiate a FaceTime call at your appointment time to the mobile number on file. If your mobile number on file is not an iPhone, please text us at (808)670-3333 or email info@honoluluderm.com prior to the appointment so we can send you a link.
— Prior to your appointment, email info@honoluluderm.com a minimum of two pictures of the affected area(s). Facing a window with abundance of natural light works best.
— Female Accutane Patients Only who have completed two sets of lab blood tests: Send home pregnancy test results including a picture ID, test packaging showing test expiration date, the test result, a statement saying “I completed this test on (insert date)” and signature. See picture below as an example.
